Zach Baumann- B.S.M.E
Owner and Founder
Zach Baumann grew up in the construction business. His father is a tradesman, thus giving him the knowledge and ability to give outstanding service. Zach also has a degree in mechanical engineering which changed how he looks at construction. Since receiving this education he has put his efforts into giving the community a service that is both reliable and of a quality that customers deserve. Zach believes in providing customers with products he stands behind. In his free time Zach likes to enjoy the outdoors with his wife, sons and dogs.

James Gamblin
Sales
James has been helping homeowners with their window and door projects for nearly seven years, beginning his career in St. Louis before moving to Colorado five years ago. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has been part of the Z Double B team for the past four years. James values the family-oriented environment, attention to detail, and honesty that define the company. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, kayaking, and golf, and he especially enjoys putting a smile on people’s faces, including Tom’s.

Robbie Martinez Jr.
Inside Sales
Robbie brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning windows, siding, roofing, gutters, and doors. His experience includes both sales and installation, giving him a well-rounded understanding of each project from start to finish. Robbie takes pride in helping improve homes and businesses, solving problems for clients, and bringing their vision to life. Outside of work, Robbie enjoys spending time with his boys, watching baseball, fishing, hunting, working on trucks, being with his dogs, and staying involved in his church.
Ken Shafer
Field Project Manager
Ken began working in construction at 16, spending his summers learning the trade from a neighbor and quickly discovering his love for working outdoors. With nearly 25 years of carpentry experience, Ken has done everything from foundation to finish work and holds multiple certifications, including Forklift, Aerial Lift, and FGIA New Construction Installation. He enjoys that every day on the job brings something new to figure out and no two projects are ever the same. Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his French Bulldog, Hank.

Service Technician
Art takes pride in the hands-on nature of his work and loves bringing each project to life with care and craftsmanship. He’s motivated by the satisfaction of seeing customers happy when a job is complete. Outside of work, Art enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, making family time a top priority.
